We’re excited to be attending Haldon Forest Bark again this year at Haldon Forest Park, hosted by Forestry England! We had a fantastic time last year and can’t wait to be back for another brilliant day celebrating all things dog.

There’ll be plenty to enjoy, including a variety of stalls, fun activities, and a dog show — it’s a great day out for both dogs and their people.

A few helpful things to know before you come:

• The event takes place outdoors on a mixture of forest track and grass, so sturdy footwear and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended.

• The terrain is largely level, but grassed areas may be muddy in wet weather.

• Free drinking water for both dogs and humans is available near the visitor toilets.

• Please remember to check both yourself and your dog for ticks when leaving the forest.

• The event area is likely to be busy. If you’re walking the Discovery Trail, there will be an optional diversion to avoid the event space.
