“Can’t rate Kylie & Dan enough! I needed help and support with a rescue dog who I love to bits. In spite of trying what I knew as an experienced dog owner with great results with my other dogs… I was left at a loss with his behaviour in 3 key areas. I’d never had a rescue before (who hadn’t had a nice start in life sadly, so I didn’t understand what to do and I felt helpless as everything I was trying didn’t work). Kylie and Dan didn’t train the dog… they trained me and opened up my eyes and understanding to help me bridge the gap and get the results we all needed and are happier for! They have a wealth of experience and more importantly a natural affinity with dogs and insight into their individual behaviour, traits and mannerisms. I took my puppy to both 1-to-1 and the group puppy classes and have been exceptionally impressed with Dan and Kylie’s knowledge and patience in educating both dog and owner, which has led to vast improvements in the training, temperament and behaviour of my dog. They were able to identify his unique needs based on certain character traits, and this tailored approach has greatly benefited both his development and also my understanding of what I can do outside of training classes. After all these classes my dog is considerably more confident and obedient.
