We’ll start the run outside the Promenade Cafe Bar on Plymouth Hoe, heading down toward the aquarium and looping around the Barbican. The pace will be relaxed — think light jog or run/walk. The loop is approximately 4km (2.5 miles), and we’ll finish back at the Hoe. This will be a dog and human adventure.

Important Information:
As we’ll be running through parts of the city, we recommend keeping your dog on a lead at all times for safety and compliance with local rules.

Closest hospital: Derriford Hospital, Plymouth (PL6 8DH), which is about a 20 minute car journey.
Organizers will carry a first aid kit (human and dog) and have emergency contact info for all participants.
Group leader to coordinate emergency response and stay with affected person until help arrives.
First Aid & Communications
Organizers are trained in human and canine first aid.
Organisers to carry fully charged mobile phones.
