Welcome to the K9 Commando Adventure Club

This is a group for people who love the outdoors, enjoy being with dogs, and want more from their time outside. Whether you're a dog owner, a dog lover, or just someone who prefers a muddy trail to a paved road—you’re in the right place.

The Adventure Club is about reconnecting with nature, with dogs, and with each other. It’s about moving with purpose, breathing fresh air, and being part of something that feels real. You don’t need a dog to join. Just bring your appreciation for the outdoors, a love for dogs, and a bit of grit.

At K9 Commando, we live and work outdoors, and we've seen firsthand the power of nature for both dogs and people. We created the Adventure Club for people like us—those who want to swap the sofa for a trail, spend more time with dogs, and connect with others who just get it.

    Every month brings new adventures: trail runs, hikes, walks, group phys, and more. Whether you're charging up a hill or taking in the sights with your dog, there's something for every level—always with that K9 Commando spirit.

    No contracts. No pressure. Just pay for the months you want to join in. Your first month includes a K9 Commando tee and mug—bring it along to adventures. Whether you're in it for the challenge, the community, or the fresh air, you’re part of the pack.

Membership

The club is membership-only. To join, you’ll need to purchase a membership through our Shop.

What's Included in Your First Month:

Your initial membership includes:

  • Access to all club adventures for the month

  • A club t-shirt

  • A club mug (bring this with you to adventures)

There is a one-time startup fee for your first month to cover the cost of the t-shirt and mug.

Ongoing Membership:

After your first month, you’ll need to purchase a membership each month you want to participate. This gives you the flexibility to skip months if you're away or unable to join—no need to cancel anything.

  • Memberships are month to month

  • For instance, if you sign up on, 13 June, your membership covers the rest of June

  • You must re-purchase a membership for each new month you want to participate

Logistics

When you join the K9 Commando Adventure Club, you’ll be added to the club group chat with fellow members. It’s a great space to:

  • Connect and share experiences with others

  • Let us know which upcoming adventures you plan to attend

  • Vote in polls to help decide future adventure locations and activities

We’re all about building community and making sure everyone has a voice (and a bark!).

Your Adventure Club membership includes access to all of our regular group outings. There are no additional fees to join these adventures. However, members are responsible for their own incidental expenses, such as:

  • Transportation to and from the adventure location

  • Parking fees, snacks, or other personal costs

Occasionally, we may organize special events in partnership with outside tour companies or experience providers. These adventures may have an additional fee, but participation in these is always completely optional.

Keep an eye on the Classes & Events page for upcoming adventures. We update it regularly as new events are added, so make sure to check back often. All adventure details, including meeting spots, start times, what to bring, and any dog specific notes, will be listed in each individual event post. That way, you’ll always know exactly what to expect before heading out.

Most of our adventures take place across the South West, UK region. Once a year, we plan a larger event in a different location for an opportunity to travel, explore somewhere new, and come together as a full community.
